Welcome to the home page of Netkelvin Software Development Services. 2011 will see 19 years of full time professional activity in the database application sector with 4D. I'm pleased to say that many of the systems developed and supplied during the early nineties are still in active service. Moreover, the enterprises who have commisioned these projects have exhibited, in most cases, substantial growth in their own sectors which is of course the one of the ultimate measures of successful business automation strategies.
